This is the scope (TEC 140), mount (AstroPhysics 900GTO), and camera (Canon 5D) that I used for my recent Moon photos.

Here is how I mate the webcam to the telescope focuser. I've opted to use the AP 2.7 adapter on the custom Starlight Instruments 3545 focuser. I then use a short AP extension with an SCT adapter that allows me to attach a Meade electric micro focuser. After that I use a Televue 2" 2x Powermate with Canon T-Ring. The webcam's C-mount is accommodated by a Mogg Adapter that converts the C-Mount to a Canon EOS fitting. This is a very rigid set up. I usually put a 2" filter on the the of the AP 2" nosepiece. Typically, I have to run the 3545 focuser out about 78mm and then a little fine adjustment with the Meade microfocuser is all that remains.
